These Terms and Conditions govern all construction, interior design, engineering, and related services provided by Arc and Grey Building Contracting LLC ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth below.
Arc and Grey Building Contracting LLC is a young, dynamic construction, interior designing, and engineering firm committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, innovative solutions, and professional project management. All services are provided based on agreed project specifications, drawings, designs, timelines, and budgets as outlined in the signed contract, proposal, or work order.
All quotations and estimates provided by the Company are based on information available at the time and are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated. Any changes in scope, materials, design, specifications, or site conditions requested by the Client after project commencement may result in revised costs and timelines. Such variations shall be executed only upon written approval from the Client.
The Client shall ensure timely access to the project site, availability of utilities (where applicable), and provision of accurate information, approvals, and permits required for execution. Delays arising from late approvals, third-party vendors, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control shall not be deemed a breach of contract, and project timelines may be reasonably extended.
All payments shall be made strictly in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of work until dues are cleared. Any additional costs incurred due to payment delays, material price fluctuations, or statutory changes shall be borne by the Client.
The Company shall perform all works with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations. However, Arc and Grey Building Contracting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruptions. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the contract.
All designs, drawings, concepts, and intellectual property created by the Company remain the exclusive property of Arc and Grey Building Contracting LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with contractual terms. In such cases, the Client shall settle all outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Arc and Grey Building Contracting LLC operates. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
